They are not empathetic to customers at all and Apartment quality is very bad what they promised was a luxury apartment. Never ever invest in any on going property with them, if they have already build the apartments go for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0, Cheating is their real business. Real estate is just a face to hide it. Don't waste your money, time and more importantly don't waste your peace. They will take it all and won't even deliver your flat. Do not get fooled by name. SJR might be a descent builder, this is SJR Primecorp. They only cheat people.Go and have a look at Fiesta Homes project, you will get it all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very unprofessional builder... Careless about your money and quality of construction..none of their residential projects are completed on time. They just take your money and make sure that you keep running around to get your dream house. Avoid buying their new projects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a flat in hamilton homes around 7 years back (2013). Till now not ready. Builder is cheating to everybody who booked the flat. Don't buy flat from this builder. Around 80 percent of the flat cost is taken from us initially after that no progress on the flat even after 7 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this builder. They are absolutely the worst there is. They treat customers like their enemies and once you have paid them money they don’t care even a small bit about you. Booked an apartment in SJR Primecorp bluewaters in early 2013, still no possession date in site. Atleast 1.5 years until they can finish the work. If you contact customer service, you get only lies and false promises.

Also the construction quality of whatever they build is pathetic. Avoid this builder if you don't want to loose your hard earned money.
