We with all elderly people planned for a trip to Thirukadayur in Tamilandau for my in-laws Shastipoorthi. The toors people have spoken very nicely , showed a very new vehicle in the system with working fine.
When they day arrived, they have sent a vehicle in which seats are not good, AC does not work. Before leaving for the day also is spoke to Sunil, he confirmed they had confirmed we are sending a very good vehicle. If we speak on that the owner fights with the customer and says give my money and go do not speak about all this to me. SJR tours and Travels people have lost the trust of customer with their behaviour by not sticking to their promise, Where there is not commitment, we cannot get the required fruits. Please be careful, you might be the next one, if you opt for this travels. Really VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE for ENTIRE MY FAMILY PEOPLE. If any one asks me, i will not suggest this travels in future and will not opt for myself.
