β β β β β Half honest. Initially very quick responses,once they get to know you are interested calls picking reduces.
In the quotation they did not include tempo rent. At the time of delivery the owner adds the tempo rent stating that 12feet board cannot be carried on the bike, as if they made such a big board for the first time ?
Price wise though competitive in nearby areas

I'd placed order for 2000 pamphlets, for which I was assured by the staff that the design would be completed in 2 days and they'd need 2 more days for printing. After that I had to recommend changes 5 times to them, all of them were basic typing errors repeated each time. None of my messages and mails were responded and I had to visit their office every time because of this. I got my order after 2 weeks (for which I was assured 4 days). When I called today to check whether my order was ready or not, they told me that it was ready from 2 days and they somehow forgot to notify me. Moreover, the owner blamed me that it was my fault that I didn't contact them about it. I told them that I'd been in touch with their staff and they didn't notify me and he said it wasn't his fault that his staff didn't communicate properly. Honestly, 1 star is most I can give to this place

β β β β β The place is on Balewadi road and easy to locate. They deal with designs and printing of flex, banners, posters, standees and other related services. I found the staff skilled, polite and easygoing. They gave me my delivery ontime as they promised. I am posting a photo of a standee that I made from them. I hope that you find this helpful.
