★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The address they have listed is fake... They have nothing close to Palava and have posted a wrong/previous work address only to thug their customers...
In India, the parties are all about food... And inspite of repeated instructions they delivered the food for my daughter's 1st birthday 1 & a half hour late! By the time the food came my guests had left! When i refused to accept the food, the chef started crying and i had to sit with her instead of celebrating with my daughter....
They delivered food for 30 ppl when only 4 guests were remaining and shamelessly charged me the full amount for it...
Would never recommend it for the sole reason of their sheer disrepect for other's time and thoughtless disregard for their customer's feelings, convenience and emotions....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food of foodtril is really amazing. It's 'green salad' is favourite to me. It famous for all chicken item and other meat item too.Price is near to your hand.sometime reservation is the best policy for ordering. Holiday it will full fill up.
Atleast book bulk order 3day prior or else they might be not available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had hired them for my baby's naming ceremony.
Pros:
1. Prompt response throughout since the planning of menu till the event got over.
2. Timely arrival on the day of event.
3. Budget food.
Cons:
1. Make your own arrangements of tables including cloth on top for buffet.
2. Dishes, bowls or spoons, nothing was cleaned well. Very unhygienic.
3. When one person started with empty dish for buffet, they restricted food amount to be served saying there could be wastage of food if not eating it whole. Agreed. Later when that person finished food from his plate and went back for more, he was denied for more saying only two chapati or only this much rice or only 1 gulab jamun per plate will be given.
The whole purpose of buffet system was killed when I heard people telling me this almost at the end of the event. I felt real bad as people left eating very less food. On top of it there was food left in the end to be taken or had to give away.
That was really a big disappointment we had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is awesome. Mutton Biryani & Chicken Biryani is a must have.. A tasty apetite for all non-veg lovers. While this place is so famous that it may take almost half or one hour delivery, but still you will definitely enjoy your food. Be it biryani or normal indian treat, its delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was fantastic, the white chicken dam birybiryani. But you need a lot of improvement for delivery.
I had requested them to deliver food by 1pm and they arrived at 1.50pm.
My guest had to wait that long. You guys need to be punctual. Holi is a festival you need to be ready with. Can't take excuses that you have lots of order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the opportunity to try Foodtrail Catering's food at our university picnic. There were at least 450 people. Given, the picnic was arranged outdoors and in very hot weather, maintaining the quality of the food was not easy. Despite that, they managed to pull off an amazing array of scrumptious dishes. There were polao, chicken, fish, and mutton curry. Each of the items had their own distinct flavor and appeal. I have had other catering services' food before in various weddings and outdoor programs. This was hands down one of the best food and overall catering services I had experienced. I would definitely recommend foodtrail Catering to any indoor as well as outdoor events.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the second time we used food trail catering and we were thrilled with them both times. Sumaira helped us with the planning, was wonderful. She was very responsive during the planning process. On the day of the event, she went above and beyond to ensure that everything looked wonderful and was sensitive to our budget. Our guests complimented the food and the set up. The wait staff was friendly and professional. Couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend.
