★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner changes his barbers every month which mitigates the factor of quality and stability.Imaging cutting your hair from a different barber everytime without knowing his inexperience/experience. No doubt i appreciate the owners experience but undoubtly i wouldnt ever go to the salon again. You’ve lost a permanent customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor professionalism. Services not as par. Hair dressers were mostly busy on call, even during the hair cutting session. They charge for hair wash and blow dry, but do not give if you do not ask (price is implicit, but service has to be ask explicitly).
