★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good project in greater noida . Location also good but isolated . Near by other 2 projects. Density of public is very low . will take time to get some crowds.
NPCL and GNIDA is at walking distance. Only till now three under construction projects going on in eta2 no other residential houses or society. You can say last sector of greater noida , after this sector villages start.
possession before time and quality is good . For investment is ok .

Club area is heaven but overall open space in society could have been more.
The overall project looks very promising.

Depot metro station is in walking distance , DMIC is near 2km and BUDAKI railway station is 3 to 4 km. If you want to know more about this then please contact me I'm the consultant to sale this flat.
