J	Jeevan Prakash on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone is in awe of the scene once you reach there. What no one tells you is that coming down is downright scary and dangerous. You legs will be weak from the climb and will most times buckle when you climb down. Be careful and use support when going down hill. The government just collects money but has not maintained the site. There are no guards, no railings, no directions, no dust bins. There were at least 500 people on the day we went..500 x 250 --- do the math. This is just one day. Where is the money going? The heritage site is in absolute pittance. There is not a drop of water available on the top. Take food and plenty of water. Climb at a slow pace. Reach at 6 am for a good sunrise. Slowly... slowly make.your way down. This is a moderate stretch and not for beginners. Wear shoes with good grip and walking supply stick. Good Luck.
P	Pavithra R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before this, visited old bhoganandishwar temple.. With beautiful park inside,, temple s destroyed but still that history remains. Went skandagiri place in the late evening.had a nice experience. Village ppl vil guide u. U must carry ur necessary things before u get down from ur car. Water, food, medicine etc.. U can reach til the paapaagni temple to start ur treck. Then ur directed to walk...it is damn good for night treck ppl. V dint carry our things visited half the way n returned..beautiful sunset I could capture dat day. Next visit of mine S must till the top!!

It's tiring to reach the hill top but once you are there the cannot be explained by words.You need to take prior permission to reach this place.booking has to donr through online.itvis still not much spoiled by the crowd.it will be great to teck in the early morning to get the sun rise from the top.
o	omi k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is totally a good place if you like to go for a night trek. Better if you start at 1am or 2 am. Trek route/way is actually difficult as it is almost 4-6 KM's steeped. Helpful if you take any energy drinks or snacks as you won't find any such over the top. There's also a entry fee of 250 per head and a concession for students. You need to pay through online which you will be informed while entering. Happy trekking
v	vishwas S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really best place for trekking, you want get anything over there nice job by gov protecting the mountain to it's best, It cost 250rs for ticket, you have to book ticket before 3days it self everything is online, police are to street on this online ticket booking, without booking you won't be allowed to go on trekking. Do Carry your own water or food, As you won't get anything over there as you get in nandhi hills, it takes more than 3hrs to climb to the top I suggest don't take any kids because there is no safety, Best place to feel the nature vibes.

Sea of fog, the rise of the sun from the edge of the mountain were at it's best on that day. One week later a few of my friends went there but, they were unlucky. other than the freezing cold, nothing else was there to excite them. If you have a plan to trek here, be there on the top before sunrise. Depends on the day of your trek, the sunrise time would vary. so check before you leave and try to reach the base at least 2 hours before the sunrise. If you are a beginner in trekking, you might be required more than 3 hours to climb this hill. others can easily climb this hill with less than 2 hours. Carry some snacks and enough water, you won't get anything to eat there and you will be exhausted by the time you reach on top.

It's one of the most popular trekking destinations around Bangalore. There's parking place for both 2 as well as 4 wheelers at the base near the temple. It's usually very crowded weekends. You need to book the entry ticket online at myecotrip.com. The charges are 250 rupees per head. There are 2 slots available.... One at 4 am and the other at 8 am. Choose the 4 am slot if you want to view the sunrise from the top.There's a checkpost where the online booking is checked well as your ID proof and you need to do entry since it's a forest area. The views from the top are breathtaking. There's an ancient fort rings on the top as well as an abandoned temple as well. Beware of the monkeys on the top. The trek is of moderate difficulty and the party is well guided throughout with arrow marks. A must visit place if you love trekking. Please ensure that you carry good as well as water since there's nothing available on the top.
