★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of my friend suggested me to buy skechers shoes once. i gone at ghod dod road showroom with him and purchased the most expensive one (mark nasons). i wear it for a 2.5 months continuously. somehow, small thread from one part of the shoe came out. i was casually passing through the show room and visited them to correct my issue. i was purely expecting to getting them serviced. but guess what, they have exchanged the whole pair of shoes and provided new one from the show room which ever i like. so service from company end is the best and better than any customer expect.

STICHING AND FINISHING: 5/5
CUSHIONING: 5/5
only drawback is, mostly all the shoes of skechers has white sole. in indian context, they get dirty very soon and shoes start looking bad. so in that case, we need to clean shoes at regular intervals. so we need to choose shoes wisely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a wrong size and went for exchange. They told me to call me in 2-3 days as soon as they receive the mail confirmation for exchange. It took more than a week and i went 2 times at the store. Still they said they didnt received the mail. Also Nobody answers the call meanwhirl. Manager is also not answering the call. No proper answer and worst follow up. Completely dissatisfied and harassed. Not the kind of service anyone expects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had some coupons so we visited skechers to redeem them. They had limited stock. The staff there is very helpful and friendly. The lady staff over there is especially nice, quick and eager to serve. Was very happy with their service.
