★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foolish policies. I wanted to gift someone a pair of shoes, but not sure of size. They refused for exchange even if I said within sale period. Other companies are open about that .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a product for my mother few months back and it was not comfortable as my mummy bought sandals which were open from toes. However, whenever my mumma wore the sandals, toes were going outside of sandal's area and even it touches the ground. So i visited the show room for product exchange, but they refused as the product was used.
I would not recommend anyone as in terms of sale they promise the world to you but when it comes to service after purchase they do not entertain you at all. That product was total money waste. I could have spent the money on local footwear as they charge less as per product's cost but sketcher's product are high in cost as they guarantee services and quality.
