This is going to be a long list folks. The company itself is so transparent with all that goes on at the highest level of the company that I can tell you.

I'm leading a small, effective team with good values and a great work culture. They are very helpful and encouraging, never hesitate to offer support.
I got to work closely with Nadeem sir, who served as an incredible mentor to me. In our Architecture team (Revit), I have seen people being valued and appreciated by seniors and our clients as well.
To keep to *JOSH* always high, Skets keep planning outings or lunch/dinners for the teams. This really helps a lot, where you can go out of the box and bond with your team mates. I think this ideology of chilling and enjoying with you coworkers is amazing. I have seen positive impact of this in our working hours. People work with enthusiasm.
