★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid for 3 poster illustrations and only viewed 2 of them. Any visual references sent to them was pasted onto the poster. No illustration used at all. Communication is poor on their behalf. They sent the work through by email and demanded that they be updated immediately to make changes. Once updating them I would not receive a response and they lacked any understanding of what I had required and what was agreed. They were reluctant to make any changes and work forwarded was the work of a four-year-old at best. Most unprofessional company I have come across. They are reluctant to work with their clients and expect you to revolve around them. This company will not last long if they do not improve on their customer service skills. Contract deadline passed and no posters completed and they have ceased communication. Do not use. Avoid this woeful company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute poor service, please avoid. I had requested an illustration to be made, and sent over clear directions for a Christmas illustration in time for the festive season. I had sent clear directions of how many characters were to be made along with my own character designs as a guide. Unfortunately I recieved back something which was so unprofessional and rushed that it couldn't be used. My requests were not stuck to and I was left with an in adequate peice of work which did not make my intended deadline for the Christmas period. I am still chasing them for a refund, but have had no response yet. I should of noted that all the reviews online are 5 years and old and not recent.
