★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked for SkillVentory Ahmedabad for over a year. Please don't join even if you are a Fresher.nobody works here for more than 1 year lol. The manager and owner of A'bad is pathetic.An IT guy has opened HR agency.No HR experience. No leadership skills. The environment is also not good. No employee engagement activities. All they want is work. On Sundays you are called for work updates. you will get sms or emails for work updates late night or early morning and you are expected to respond. Their work system is also horrible. No professionalism. They have created fake ids on LinkedIn faking years of experience college and company work experience, to impress the clients/companies they are recruiting for and to impress the candidates. . The incentives are also subjected and very low. Please don't join. Look for better companies to work. This is an honest review for any one who is here to see how the company/office is. Please don't join.
