★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all satisfied with the service. Got laser hair treatment for the first time on my face and now I m badly suffering from acne problem and it's been 2 months now. Even I have consulted the doctor twice but there is no result, condition is getting worse.
Advice: Before getting laser hair removal be sure of your skin, get a patch of skin tested first.(They might not guide you )
I will not recommend it to anyone as they were not able to solve my problem also.

When I first visited the clinic the environment and staff were pretty friendly not forgetting the doctor. I actually don't have faith in today's doctors but I thought I'll put some faith in this and turns out I made the worst decision ever. (This review is after my 6 months treatment)
I consulted for pores, (which has been a big issue for me) doc suggested me that I first need to clear acne to tackle pores problem (ance wasn't an issue, it occurred only when I don't drink enough water) And I agreed with her. Done two chemical peeling, thinking it'll be better the second time (but got even worse) recommended medicine and cream but none suited my skin.
Cons-
loose skin (aging actually), more pores, super sensitive skin, under eye aging, asymmetrical face shape (which was unknown before), droopy eyes
What I learnt from this treatment is that chemical peeling or so called laser does no help it'll only make the skin worse.
After treatment my friends told me I look so old, but I did not tell them it was due to chemical peeling (out of embarrassment.)
That I Spend so much money to make me look older.
When I brought this issue to doc, she could not even understand my skin problems. (and couldn't recommend any proper medication) Afraid to admit the chemical peeling side affect.
I felt like they solely run for money and not after giving customers satisfaction/proper treatment.
I could not even look myself in the mirror now.
And not forgetting, the staff was pretty rude in my last treatment.
Everyone has their own experience and this is my experience.

Acne outbursts have come down and the skin has become more clear and brightened. Doctor and staff here are very helpful and have patiently heard my concerns.

I appreciate the approach of Dr. Gulati, of not just focusing on the external treatment as well as my internal issues. She did the chemical peels treatment and was very friendly also. She explained the procedure of Chemical Peels.. Looking forward to next sessions at the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have some Spanish machine for hair reduction. It literally makes your hair go away. Great alternative to waxing and razor for me. I no longer have that excessive body hair problem. The procedure was pain-less, safe & the results are long lasting. Very Happy! Best place for Laser Hair Reduction will recommend for sure. Thanks a ton.
