★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is gud but the receptionist and one more person Asif is not well behaved, dont eveb luk educated.
Moreover, Asif dont pick up the cl n if in case he does, he does not give appointmnt on call.
He ask to come and thn take the appointmnt.
Dat mean entire day will get waste.he has done the same wid one of my frnd as well.
If in case u tell the doctor abt d same , dey lie.
Doctor need to keep more reliable and educated staff. If not educated, reliable n honest at least

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Sanjeev Jain is well qualified and experienced doctor. Treatment is satisfactory and consultant fee is 600/-. Take appointment before visit their clinic on their clinic number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The medication Dr.Sanjiv Jain provides help in improving skin problem but it take span of times which means you should be in Delhi for atleast two months.During the span you will be summoned or get appoinment during particular time he provide.The staff are good but the gatekeeping staff(MOTA one) actually conducts nepotism.Those who he know well get summoned first than those people who were early during queue for doctor checkup get late call by him.Today I just want to tell doctor taht should I continue my medication or not but the staff asking for parchi meaning I have to give 600 Rs which I had already gave fortnight ago.So according to my previous checkup that parchi was not included which means I don't have to give since it's my second checkup and I already paid for consultation fees.But the staff only want money to allow me for check up.So I left.That was very embarrasing moment for me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Sanjeev Jain is excellent dermatologists. He is very genuine in his advice and excell in his field.
But the staff is rude at times.(Thus 2 stars deducted) although doctor is soft spoken.
You have to take an appointment in advance to visit the clinic and even after taking appiontment there is a waiting for utpo one and a half hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Sanjeev Jain is the best dermatologist and he easily diagnosed my disease that several other dermatologists could not. He is extremely polite and gives sufficient time to every patient. He even checks up on his patients on whatsapp which no other doctor does. His staff, specially Bunty bhaiya is also very helping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worth of 2 stars. Doc is overall good but he calls after every 14 days. And you have to provide fee on every visit irrespective your ongoing treatment. No proper arrangement for appointments and waiting period in the clinic is too long. Asif (a member in staff) is ill-mannered person there. He is very biased.
When I came to clinic in my office hrs.for my 2nd appointment , there were only 3 patients ahead of me for check-up and 2 patients were waiting for their report to be checked. I already made a call to clinic before going there and told them that I am coming in my office hrs and had to return soon. I saw that only 3 patients were there so I waited outside for turn. Some new patients were started to sit inside. It was above half an hour and I asked Asif again. He told only 2 patients are ahead of me. Then what I noticed was a couple got off the car and directly went inside and Asif did not give them any appointment. I entered inside and what I saw was those patients who came after me, had been checked up by doc as Asif allowed them. Asif was doing chit chat and boasting with that couple. I stood near the doc's door as my turn was about to come. I was already irritated by the staff because despite only 3 patients ahead of me, I waited nearly 2 hrs outside clinic. When I was about to meet doc, Asif stopped me and said Mam, please allow the couple to go first as they have to do NAMASTE to doc. and it will take only 5 mins. I denied him and asked why as it was my turn. He did not listen and allow them to go. Then I asked him whats going on here. We are waiting here for 2 hrs and he allowing people for namaste? People come there on a/c of their problems and Asif allow some people for Namaste to Doc? what the hell? Now, after 15 mins, when the couple did not come outside, then Asif ask me to knock the Doc's door so that the couple who was doing Namaste for more than 15 mins could come outside. I asked him why would I do? You allow them for inside now you have to call them out. Asif is a very careless person and biased while dealing patients.
Doc need to hire reliable and sincere staff at the earliest.
And Mr. Asif ,don't be partial.
