About Us

Dr O P Gangwani completed his MD in Dermatology, Venereology and Leprology from Maulana Azad Medical College and associated LNJPN and GB Pant Hospitals, University of Delhi in 1986.

Since then he has been practicing Dermatology in Paschim Vihar, West Delhi. He has also been associated as Honorary Visiting Consultant with ESI Hospital, Basai Darapur, Sunderlal Jain Hospital, Ashok Vihar and Shri Balaji Action Medical Institute, Paschim Vihar

He is a life member of various professional organisations including IADVL, IMA, IAMS, DMA, SAARD, IMSA..

His aim has always been HOLISTIC i.e not only to address the dermatological needs of the patients, but also Emotional, Psychological & Intellectual support to the patient, to help one deal with difficult phases of life.

He has truly incorporated the Art of healing based on the scientific advances, which surface from time to time.

Last 25 years have witnessed tremendous breakthroughs in the field of skin care. Dermatology, once considered a fruitless specialty, is now the fastest growing and the most sought after specialty. As new and new treatment options are made available with alarming frequency it becomes very important to differentiate the pearls from the useless, flashy options. A well-trained Dermatologist of eminence and experience, Dr O P Gangwani knows how to choose the right options and customize them as per the patients’ needs and expectations. He understands a very important fact that Indian skin with many colour shades & textures will respond very differently from the way Caucacian skin responds on which most of the new treatment options are studied initially. Due consideration is also provided to the very important social, cultural & economic factors.

To his credit, Dr O P Gangwani introduced chemical peels in his practise (the most popular skin care procedure these days) way back in 1994; Microdermabrasion in 1997; Laser Hair Reduction in 2002; IPL skin rejuvenation in 2002. He is the pioneer of Aesthetic Dermatology in Delhi, having developed various specialized treatment plans for his Acne, Melasma and Photoaged patients through 1990’s and 2000’s. The latest but not the LAST addition to his armamentarium is Fraser, FRACTIONAL NONABLATIVE THERMOLYSIS, which is going to revolutionise the whole paradigm of treatment of Acne scars.

Another member of the team of Dr O P Gangwani is Dr Richa Chaudhary is a Dermatologist, Venereologist, Leprologist and Aesthetic consultant at Dharamveer Solanki Hospital. She completed her MBBS from Pt. Bhagwat Dayal Sharma Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (PGIMS), Rohtak, Haryana in 2008. She did her MD in Dermatology, Venereology and Leprology in 2013 from S.N. Medical College, Jodhpur, Rajasthan. She has experience of 9 years in the field of dermatology. She has an extensive experience of working and teaching in Postgraduate Medical Institutions. She is Ex. Senior Resident of prestigious UCMS and GTB hospital, Dilshad Garden, Delhi. She worked as Assistant professor at NDMC Medical College and Hindu Rao Hospital, Delhi for 2 ½ years.
