★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had called to book an appointment from London as I was in Mumbai for a week.
It was a great experience from the appointment booking to the consultation with Dr Jaishree!
She was very thorough and didn’t prescribe too many products or treatments, she told me doing less is more!!
She recommended products I absolutely needed and as I had a 2 treatments, one of which was done by Dr Aishwarya and the other Dr Jaishree herself! Both superb doctors and made me feel at ease during the treatments!
Dr Jaishree was so sweet she also gave my hubby who had accompanied me to the appointment a regime to follow and products he should be using, and didn’t charge a consult fee.
She was very thorough and although it’s only been two weeks since I’ve been on her given regime it feels like it’s made a difference to my skin that was looking dull!
Would highly recommend the whole team!!

1: I was never made to wait .
2: courteous , polite reception.
3: Immaculate , spanking clean clinic.
4:Dr. Jayshree sees me immediately .
5:She is s very friendly , specific on what she will do , how she will do and what needs to be done , what can be avoided, what will be the best for my skin and face .
6: Extremely deft at her techniques .
7: channel music is sooooo great , i love it .
8:staff too good .Immediate exit after i am done - i appreciate very much .
9: To sum it up , systematic handling of a patient .
10: Dr . Jayshree Sharad ,a young doctor, so with it ,Internationally acclaimed,with world’s best and latest techniques.
She is a magician . Felt so at ease in her hands .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 0 stars. Too corporate type and they just don’t care. Firstly don’t expect Dr. Sharad to do any treatments or even monitor any treatments. She will not even see you after any treatment to see results. You will not even be allowed to talk to her if the meds and treatments she prescribed didn’t suit you. You will end up taking medical advice from her receptionist. The treatment she recommended to me reacted very badly with my skin and actually made it worse. They wouldn’t even let me see her to show the reaction. They asked me to book an appointment for a week later to show her something that was happening now. Basically they don’t care about you or your skin. Despite that they repeated the treatment. I actually went with a minor problem of acne marks and got out of some real damage to my skin. First thing she asks is your profession, and if you are not an actor/model, then they will actually not even be interested in treating you. Don’t go to her as they have the same treatment plan for all and don’t take into account your skin type or what your skin needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there for my keloid scars treatment and I’m satisfied with the results. Dr. Poonam was really sweet and accommodating, I was a little nervous at first but she made me feel comfortable. Definitely recommended. Great safety measures as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Sharad is a horrible skin doctor. She is only interested in treating celebrities and not the common crowd. She meets you only once and her assistant does all the follow up's. She gives a horrible pink solution which further ruins your face. Never apply that homemade pink solution of hers. Your face will end up being worse. Going to her was a complete waste of money, and she genuinely does not care about how your skin is. My face got totally ruined after going to her. Had a horrible experience, and a genuine advice to everyone, unless you're an actor or a model, never go to her clinic. She will not even look at you. She's only decorated her clinic well with pictures of her and all celebrities, and she only advertises her stupid book, but once you sit down with her, you will realize what a waste of money she is. Never go to her.
