Please avoid this company for sure, better go with some local service provider or you auto service company.
These people will call you many times for follow-ups until you agree to take their services. Their service professionals are not skilled/talented enough to provide you the quality services . For my car cleaning service, they have sent a 12 years boy along with the service man. When I complained about this, he said I just brought him along, he will not perform any cleaning job. Later, when I came outside the boy was vacuuming the car, and other person was mixing 'Ghadi' detergent in water. Guys, will you believe this company which tries to be a quality org in providing multiple type of cleaning services, using ghadi detergent to clean the car. They should have got some good car cleaning shampoo which could protect the car body. Believe me no one even uses Ghadi for washing their clothes these days.
Also, they will make you fool on the name of Teflon coating, which is utter waste of money. Just 2-3 drops from a small bottle they will use on a large cloth. Believe me, ur car will not get a drop (assuming of that's the real Teflon, but no guarantee). Now after using that Teflon coating machine the entire paint of the car has been damaged especially on the bonnet and roof. I have so much to say, but wont be able to write everything here.
So please please avoid any service from this company. Better spend some extra money to protect your car and unnecessary frustration.
