★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mumbai Worli Dealer (Mody India Cars) and showroom never call back or provide test drive. There phone is also not reachable- I have been wanting to buy a car but surprisingly it is such a challenge.
Skoda should change the dealership- bad service by Mody.

The entire experience from the first Test Drive till the final delivery was excellent. I dealt with Mangesh and Shrikant, both these gentleman were kind, patient, courteous and were extremely helpful throughout the process. I do not give 5 stars easily.
Here though, 5 stars are for for the entire purchase experience, majorly due to one person, the sales head Shrikant.
Shrikant was humble and, extremely courteous and, very very patient with all our questions.
Highly recommended to speak with Shrikant to arrange to ensure you’ll have a 5 star experience too ??
