★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initial response with respect to Quotes, Order etc were swift...but once order is placed and when you reach the delivery date, chaos starts...There sales team doesn't pick up your calls...if you are running under deadlines then you are in big situation...expect no response for atleast 10-15 days which as per me are poor even as per Indian Standards...Quality wise they are excellent but their team is useless...
