★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst furniture shop ever. They don't know how to respect customers. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR SELF RESPECT IF YOU MAKE A VISIT.
The quality of the products are too bad. They promised a warranty to repair the cot and it's been 25 days since we raised a warranty claim and there is no word on it yet even after multiple followups.
The cot is made up of Engineering wood. You can actually get a real teak wood bed for a couple of thousands more at Penta Ramachandrayya furniture shop which is a few meters up on the main road.
We didn't knew about that shop and we bought one double cot bed here. It's not even 6 months since we bought the bed and it's unusably loose now.
The staff is even very rude at responding. They don't even talk to you as a human being let alone customer.
DON'T EVER GO THERE. GO TO ANY OTHER SHOP IN KAKINADA AND SAVE TIME AND DIGNITY.

I also heard they are into the business since 25yrs that’s really fabulous and guarantees us a best quality and service.
They had a really good staff who were customer friendly.
So finally Had a great experience to visit this place and make some purchases.
Would surely suggest u to visit and witness an amazing furniture experience. ?
