★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shri Radha Sky Gardens...Well what to say about this project. This project started sometime in 2010 but some how the dreams of people who booked their flat here didn't materialize and a lot of issues has propped up.
There are some 19 towers of 20 floors each. Approximately 700 families are residing here. The maintenance is very badly done by the builder. People have invested lacs...even crores here and the results are not very beautiful.
Let's see how it performs in the coming days. A lot of brainstorming is going on amongst the residents for better upkeep of this society.
The structure/building is just 5 years old and not maintained properly. Therefore looks like the building structure is in a dire state. Very bad ambience around the campus. Garbage and dirty water collected here and there. People stopped paying maintenance abd the situation worsened. Lately builder seems to have realised his mistakes and is requesting for maintenance. No RWA here but people are actively chasing builder for all the issues. Hope his eyes opens and he realizes what went wrong.
