★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The services are pathetic and not to mention the owner is very lazy, unprofessional and lousy. It's been a month and ten days since courier request was placed through this service, at first the courier was sent to wrong address, and then when asked to rectify the mistake, by sending the courier to the right location, the person stopped recieving calls, after a dozen of phone calls everyday, the guy finally picked up, and gave a really lousy excuse for not dispatching the courier, i.e., due the lockdown it's not possible, the courier is to be sent from Delhi to Dehradun, which usually take not more than 30 hours to deliver, further I told him the courier services are not stopped as they come under essential services, the courier contains important subject notes, I specifically told the guy that I've my exams and it is important, he assured me the courier will be delivered in 3-4 days, but since then the owner is not responding to any calls aur text reminders.
I humbly request that, please not to waste your time and money with this service, it's nothing but a service of fraud, the guy has no sense of decency and no utter sense of professionalism, I've lost all hopes of receiving my courier, and my exams schedule is very near, the negligence of this courier has costed me a huge loss with regards to my curriculum.
