★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonable value for money apartments , most of the tower 3 flats have a lake view and others have really refreshing views of fields and mountains, the cross ventilation of the flats is good , bhukum isn't a very happening or an extremely developed area as of now but, a nice investment for the future since wide concrete roads are being constructed, however the quality of construction is quite mediocre compared to Skyi songbirds which is disappointing since both are built by the same developer

Possession delayed by 1.5 years.
Very bad CRM team. No one recieve a call if you need some information.
Show flat and actual flats are different. Special window grill, doors are low quality and no sense of design.
Possession team is very rude and don't know about the process.
After delaying possession they will not ready to give you compensation. They have very stupid answer on the same.
If you have lots of money and time and also able to hear nonsense from CRM and Possession team then right place to book a flat here.
Anyone want proof of above I have emails to show.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Project has been delayed by almost 1.5 year now. No proper response from Skyi, no commitments, no communication, even not quality as well.
Update: Dec 15, 2019
Finally after lots of follow-ups to CRM team, we have committed 15 Feb as final date of possession, also GST ITC partially credited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place it's near the manas lake paud road , it's exactly 3 km from main road , if you have car or bike it's easy for you to go this place , if you are traveling with bus then you will get PMT bus from this Deccan or from kothrud depo, it's hill side so this place it's ultimate during the rain season , you will get clean air and lots of sunlight , away from the city and crowd , if you are planning to buy home in star tower check your requirement before buying place here cause flats are little compact and small , the build quality is little poor as they are building the budget friendly homes , 24 hours water supply and clean air and 24 hours electricity available , lots of parking place and internet connection available .
