★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the good reviews seem fake. I needed my product urgently which was arrived there on Saturday morning. And it's just 10kms away but on delivered on Saturday on calling they said it will leave from warehouse on monday night and reach Tuesday morning for just 10km. Lady gives pathetic answer. When I asked if I can pickup from there then she hung up on me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not deliver to places on the ring road or Shivranjani side, because it is too far. They should tell the courier sender beforehand about this. It causes a lot of problem because they even do not inform the customer to come and take it from their office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most unprofessional and worst courier service I have ever experienced....
My parcel was received by Ahmedabad office on 24.08.2021. Parcel was lying in Ahmedabad office since then and we are calling them constantly to get it delivered But still not delivered by them.
They Don't care about customer items...and also not respond to us.
After waiting for seven days when we reached there to collect our parcel it was not found.
Be aware of these people. They are fraud & cheaters

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst to worst service . You should just stop your business because you people do nothing except giving hindrances , false excuses . Uselesss and 3rd class courier ever not only in Ahmedabad but every where this courier service is 3rd class. Not receiving calls not responding and not even delivering to customer. If u dont want to deliver then close your business dont fool us by taking money.

They don't know how to talk to customers why they are a courier service I don't understand. Why they are taking couriers I don't understand. There are lot many options to choose but never ever choose skyking in any city of India. This experience is of so many different states. Worst service. Worst people. ?? No option for minus ratings otherwise I would rate -5 ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't even want to give this 1 star, but google wouldn't allow it. The worst courier service. I sent a gift to one of my friends in Chennai studying in IIT madras, and when she received it, the parcel was tampered with and opened up as well. The courier service had secretly opened up the parcel and stolen contents as well as destroyed the remaining goods inside. I faced a huge loss due to the cheating nature of the company. And now the courier partner is not picking up the calls either. I hope no one ever uses this service as they are not genuine and a total fraud. I can attached pictures to prove this as well.
