★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable view and 3 sides open flats fronting on Juhu-Versova Link Road. Lanes and roads surrounding it makes it a Brahmsthal. Currently lots of parking, tree plantations, gardens and a small play ground within the compound.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gr8 building,residents of the building are mainly employee's of Air India...The building is great in terms of space and 2 decent sized gardens with ample parking.there are some legal issue with the construction which should be looked into before buying into it.
