★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional experience. For cbc of new born (1 week old), they are not allowing mother to be present with baby when other few people are going in and out of room. After much request and persuasion when we enter the room where they were taking blood from the baby, we saw one of the lab assistant placing hand (with glows) near baby's mouth which is hazardous in covid times. Also one of the lab assistant was not even wearing mask properly when taking blood.

The x ray team & the technicians were good at there service and provided there best

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for USG of abdomen and pelvis (full and void.) Had bitter experience...ie after taking reading for Full bladder I was told to pass urine.Then after emptying my bladder I was told to sit out
for one hour.Then when reading was taken I was told that my bladder is not fully Void and was told to pass urine again. This Doctor should have taken the reading the first time I had emtied my bladder. .Waste of my time and money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blood technical are not Good in behaviour unnecessary 4 to 5 preack to a patient and finally they did not collected the blood. Very bad impression to your lab. Pleasee keep a Good technician.

Cons-They do not value your time here, they took more time to deliver my reports after my arrival here than the time they actually spent to do 4 xrays on the previous day, when you call patients to pick up reports on a given time, reports must be ready, here they keep you waiting for collecting the reports as well, i waited for almost 30 mins with aching back just to collect my reports
