★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located on VIP road, some may feel location good some bad because VIP road has everything schools, hospitals, malls nearby but congested also. Flat size and quality good can be seen from balcony, tile size, washroom tank, washbasin, gate frames, lift quality, plaster where usually builder can eyewash, space to bathrooms also not compromised as seen in other projects. The project size is comparatively small but all buildings in parallel and of equal length giving proper ventilation and uniqueness. The club still under construction. The best part was glass balcony for drawing room but iron grill railing in bedrooms which add safety for kids.
The floor plan is good but could have better because many L shaped areas restrict usage in multiple ways. Overall worth to buy
