★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total Non sense. They are visa travel agent, behaving like an embassy or VFS. You have to fill your form yourself with long checklist of documents. And dont expect any service from them. I have traveled almost 30 countries. And a well traveled person need to provide them a large number of documents for country like Singapore. Total Rubbish. Its better to waste your time at VFS rather here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. I contacted their office three times in the span of two days, each time requesting them to mail me the list of required documents for a visa. I was assured on all the three occasions that the list would be emailed to me immediately but that never happened. When I called them again, they apologized and said that they would send it to me asap but again they failed to send it. Finally, I gave up on them and contacted another agent who emailed me the list of documents within a minute of my call. There are much better agents out there and you would be wasting your time, energy and money by calling them. Not recommended at all!

As per my experience their service is very prompt , the staff is well trained and educated for their work .There are so many agents called Authorized Visa Agents by Singapore High Commission but Skyline Visa and Travel Management are actually listed Authorized Agents for Singapore High Commission in New Delhi
