★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered two customized mattresses on 12th Dec and they committed delivery by 18th/19th Dec, got the product delivered on 15th. Very very impressed with the professional manner they handled my request as it was urgent requirement. This store and its owner not only put my tension at ease by committing a date but also gave asurity that if the mattresses were not delivered on time they would provide me with new mattresses for using till my customised mattresses didn't arrive. Very impressed. They are in this business for 25 good years and I can understand how they have been successful.
