Graduated to a real mattress, now my sleep is real too
I was using a cotton mattress earlier and was looking forward to switching to a proper mattress. Since I purchased Sleepwell Ultra, there’s immense relief from back pain. I find the mattress both comfortable and supportive. What I love the most is the surface feel of this mattress. There is no sleep disturbance due to my constant tossing and turning throughout the night too.

Owner got us into buying esteem mattress of sleepwell instead of spinetech and we are having very hard time with this mattress as our back aches.
Owner is selfish and should be avaoided.
Besides no 30 days demo option was provided though it is available as confirmed from sleepwell customer care.
I have already discouraged my network in sector from buying from this shop.
Owner is no good person as i personally visited him and he still did not help.
It is the responsibility of the seller to provide pros and cons of soft mattress. I researched online and almost everyone has pointed out that soft mattress are to be avoided since they causes back ache but the seller was so desperate in selling this mattress, he convinced me over buying esteem over spinetech. Besides, he also tried to sell me off very old kept mattress at his store which i refused to buy.
I visited many other stores post buying this mattress to find a solution and everyone told me that it is upto the seller to guide the buyers and soft mattress are designed for luxury hotels only since the stay is usually short on days and absolutely to be avoided for home users.
I have absolutely no interest visiting your store again so thankyou. Your only interest is to sell of low selling product and besides when i called you and visited your store, you plainly refused to provide any kind of help so this explains your interest.
Avoid this shop at all cost. There is another sleepwell showroom nearby that can be visited.
