★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste brand and customer support. They are selling multiple type mattress in the name of one. I don't know why such big company try to cheat customers with false sales strategies.
Customer support is worst than nothing. They won't listen to your complaint over phone, if you mail they won't read. If read and send any executive of survey, after continuous follow up definitely, good for nothing. There representatives famous in measurements only. No technical and zero information regarding there own products.
Overall buy some new brands from some good startup, they will delight you with the quality and work ethics.

The person sitting goes inside and cannot get up without using support.
The people sitting on the sides often have to balance themselves as the product throws people from the sides.
Contacted customer care for about 5 times before they send a person - He just looks for wear and tear and says company will let you know and there is no discussion after that.
Compay gives a 3 year warranty but says only for manufacturing defect - Does that mean a person will take 3 years to identify a manufacturing defect. In terms of a product such as a mattress, not giving comfort is itself a manufacturing defect.
Dont fall for this scam - order from your local vendors whom you can catch when required. Their tollfree number also sucks.

Delivery was prompt and so far mattress is excellent. Customer care guy even promised to replace mattress when I told him size mismatch.

It took 1 month for return pickup by company after registering return request.
Very bad customer care support, it caused a lot of trouble due to misleading and wrong communication.
At last i had to file a complaint in consumer forum against the company for mattress return and amount refund.
