★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to improve relations between higher authority and employee, no technical leaders were available to help when you are stuck,higher authority lies for deadline of project and always keep team members under pressure without any reason.salary hike is completely biased.

As per Over smart Management members, You are nothing, their is no source for you besides them, you can't do anything without the superheros management team..
In whole 2 years journey No one appreciates your work from Management..
Seniors and management are surviving on Your whole Performance bonus amount ..
One suggestion for the owner of the company, Please to be take care from the management heroes(Anda and Hariram of sholay Movie), these guys will lay your company down..
I will suggest to all who want's to join, please don't go to this company..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We dealt with Viral Sonawala who was a former employee of SLK. He took our project after signing an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) and hired third party developers. He told us he was the one doing the work and he did nothing, he simply forwarded the work to others (breaking the NDA).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally disloyal and cheater , trio Vivek patel, Urvik patel and Viral Sonawala. All three First collected money on the name of Training of Android when they were running coaching class under the banner of "MotionFrog". Did not provided training till 9 months completed after registration and fees payment.
Lastly completed after it after 10 months by local fresher employee just for the sack of completion.
Actually they should refund money if they can't start coaching on time.
What is the meaning of Learning a subject when its exam is over.

can say worst management. They called me for an interview on urgent basis and then waited for 1 hr to give interview. When I called him to HR he was already leaved for the day, he didn't took any follow up about interview weather interview is taken or not nothing from HR side.
I had never saw this type of management in any company.
