★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to see a flat. I noticed few things which i wanted to share.
Firstly pros: This apartment is in very good location ie RR nagar (exit point of RR Nagar)
Building looks normal as any other average apartment but neatly built.
Reasonable rates at the moment. Very spacious interiors.
Coming to cons: First of all the entrance road, it has approach from two sides and both sides no tarring.
I visited during rains and my two wheeler started sliding and i was about to fall and get a serious injury, you cant even walk such a pathetic roadway.
No lights for night time illumination. It is very scary as there is no other buildings in that road except 2 apartments.
In there notice boards you get to see letters stating that new buyers will have to pay some amount as part of the amenities which means that amenities are not provided by the builder.
You get to hear many false promises from the marketing team there. So have clarity before closing the deal.
