★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't believe marketing guys of SRI RAJASHREE DEVELOPERS PVT LTD. I have booked flat believing in this guys . They have took the 20 % of booking amount not informed the SLV builder / Owner . Not executed the agreement with the Flat owner. These guys are just MOU holders. I am roaming to get my money back . No customer care at all .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Under construction from past 7 years and work has come to stand still but no sign of completion. Lethargic builder have spread all construction material on road and blocking 75% of the road from past 3 years and causing inconvenience to neighbours.
I pity on people who have put their hard earned money on this apartment.
Pls rethink while you buy a flat in this property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This project is under construction for past 8 years. Builder has left all construction materials on road and causing too much inconvenience to the neighborhood and society. I came there 7 months back and visited recently once but the situation is same. For this builder roads are not getting repaired and it is still a mud road. Do not invest a single penny on this property. They might not live up to your expectations. I feel pity for the people who invested here and also for the neighborhood. The opposite yellow building people are also not good. They disberse water everyday on the road and cause disturbance to the neighborhood. They also fight with you if you want to talk to them. They throw garbage on the road and near SLV Nakshatra everyday.
