★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst builders. Never deal with them to buy flats. They will leave you in hanging in middle without completing the project and you have put extra money from your own pocket in order to live. I bought a flat in SLV Palace 2 years back and still the building is not handed over. No proper water, electricity connection provided to us. We are paying 1500 outside maintenance for the tankers and electricity bill is charged at 15 rs per unit from us. Whenever we tried to contact builder, no response from them.
