★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an amazing place. It has swimming pool,gym ,kids arena.parking lot is spacious . The ambience has improved a lot. Better roads have come up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A well maintained and family friendly apartment. Very close to Manyata Tech park and just 1km from the ring road. But also away from all the traffic and the noise. Very warm and friendly atmosphere if you have a family....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big sewage runs just behind the apartment. Quality of construction not impressive. The bathroom and kitchen fittings are very old fashioned the corridors are very narrow. I didn't like anything about the building. I don't recommend this.
