★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My brother has bought a flat in here. He was one of earlier buyer when construction was 70-80% completed, hence he got it for very decent price which was a great deal for him. Apartment has all basic amenities and built quality is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice appartment with basic facilities like bike/car parking, 24*7 security, power backup, Gym, Small party hall, borewell water etc. It is located at a walkable distance (appx 700m) from bus stop and Neeladri main road. But there are not enough street lights in the road towards appartment and it is difficult to commute through it after heavy rain.
