★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never Purchase Machine from SMB - Purchase machine where people can take care and provide services to there customer and fullfil there's commitment.
Had very bad experience with this company, I will never suggest anybody to purchase any machinery from hear. I'm sharing my personal experience
1. They have taken good follow Up before sale the machine, After sale they didn't receive any call from lower authority to higher.
2. No internal communication between each other, No responsibility. if we called somebody they forward to others .
3. Fake commitments / Fake Promise.
4. No protocol.
When I purchased the machine before 1 year,
After my full payment those people never intimate that your machine is ready to move or ready to delivery, I got to know that they send machine to thair transportation partner after 10 -15 days, when machines condition is worse due to heavy rainfall. Even those people haven't take any safety of this high amount machine to cover the machine and save from heavy rain, and my machine is delivered not good condition many spare parts are damaged and I have to replace by my own.
After couple of month later one service boy came, after an hour of his checking this machine said SMB will replace some spare parts and come back later to me and recheck again and make my machine perfect.
But the time never comes, they say fake commitments of Free servicing but they never did. The service guy asked for service charge also and I have to give, I provided the train ticket to come at my place also . Then what's free hear?
I'm asking what service you given to me ?
I have maximum people's contacts in this organization but they didn't take any Calls once they get to know that this is service call. Even when I said please provide me some mechanic support I will pay them they didn't provide.
I am not a businessman or not belong from any rich family, I am a employee save money little little to purchase this machine but because of you people that gone waist.
Buyers please be aware of that , invest your money to the right place where you can get good machine even good technical support. Money is important for all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is totally fraud company that I had never seen in my entire life.when u purchasing any machine from it at that time the owner is talking in good manner but after u pay the money then they forget u who u are?
I am not satisfied with this company his machine is very low quality and always create a lot of problems because I already face lot of problems after buying .thatswhy I suggest u please be aware! And don't buy any machine from it.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased machine on 31/12/2020 Half parts not sent even after full payment . Assembled machine in March end 29/03/2021. Now ultrasonic stopped working .AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE TOLD WARRENTY OF 1 YEAR NOW 1 ULTRASONIC IS NOT WORKING OWNER REFUSED BY SAYING ELECTRONIC PARTS ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRENTY then what has been left in the machine. The machine is electronic . Moreover in warrenty asked to pay Rs10000 plus engineer fare ,accomodation and food . The poorest company if you are selling a machine worth 1416000 this type of service you are providing . Big Mistake for dealing with such a company . Please beware of it.

I never recommend to purchase any machine they have .Theirs staffs misguide you regarding the machine to sell .Theirs staffs are also uneducated and mannerless and shameless .They don't know how to talk with thiers own staffs and theirs customers . Specially Radhika one who is dealing me .Theirs most of the machines are imported from China of very low cost which they further sell in high cost telling the brand of themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We (Crown Lab Supplies) had made an advance payment of a very big amount for a few machines in February 2021 but they refused to deliver the machines and haven't refunded our amount till now. We have been regularly contacting them, through calls, whatsapp & email but there is no response from their end. Now we are in November 2021 and still haven't received our money. We request to the company owners and employees over this social platform to please refund our money at the earliest.
