★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse customer service ever provided. I took a new connection. They were ready to give me a filled cylinder even before my connection was certified. The paperwork work was hassle free .I opted for the cylinders to be delivered along with the papers. So, I got them after 4 days which was okay but they gave me only one cylinder instead of two and said they will get the other one delivered within a day or two. Even after so many calls and so many visits to the agency, they still didn't provide me the second cylinder. Finally asked them to give me in written that a filled cylinder is due with them and amazingly the next day I got my gas cylinder delivered.
Now the situation is that I have booked to refill my gas cylinder on 03.9.2020 and enquired about the delivery date on 07.09.2020. They said that they will make the delivery by evening but I still have not got my refilled cylinder and today is 09.09.2020
