I went to Delhi this summer and rented an ac ac from smart cool. They gave us this noisy old ac for 7500 to be rented for 1 season, not only is the ac so loud, it would stop working from time to time and sounded like it's gonna crash anytime. When smart cool were called up for services, no response was there, when told to change the ac and we were even willing to pay more for another..they told us to rent another new one. Why are they exploiting someone just because they can see that i am a person from outside their community. Such poor services should not handle such kind of business.
I truly wish no one else would make the same mistake.
