★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased a Samsung Microwave and 3 plastic bowls. I came back to exchange the 3 bowls costing Rs.130/- with a glass bowl worth Rs.600/-. The shop flatly refused to exchange. Not a smart decision by Smart Electronics. Probably they do not understand the nuances of business. No wonder online business of Flipkart, Amazon are thriving. At the time of purchase of Microwave, I had shortlisted for a purchase Samsung Refrigerator on sunday. With such experience, I will never ever go back to this shop.
