★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Ahmd for a wedding, was trying to get an appointment at some known brand where I once had my hair done, couldn't get an appointment and out of complete options I went to this salon !!! OH MY GOD !!!! Best decision honestly... At first I had doubts but the results and she was so professional and I don't know what magic she did !!! It's over two weeks but my hair have become shiny and smooth !!! Usually after straightening my hair becomes rough and really curly and frizzy after wash but this time they looked better than ever !!! Next time I am coming to Ahmedabad, I am coming again Nisha if you are reading this !! ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I have done my hair color on 17 th of November at smart beauty salon where Nisha Modi has started with hair color and then handed over to her mom who is not experienced at all and she messed up with the color and it turned out to be worst color which I hadn’t expected , I was upset and disappointed with service and asked them this is not what I wanted , instead of improving it they asked me to pay more to get it corrected but the damage was done already
She charged me 2500 for the hair color and for her mistake she asked me to pay 500 more which I was not ready to then she asked me to get it done and pay later which I had in month of November or December payment mode I don’t remember as it has been 5 months now
Today when I went for other service I had horrible experience with her mom .. who was very rude and was behaving like a recovery agent to me … and showed me a book where 1000 rs was mentioned instead of 500 rs … but they were not agreeing it to … and even my name was no where written in the book that I owe them any money.
This is such a bad experience especially with her mom … they don’t have experienced staff and her mother does all the services.
