★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good initiative by reliance to finally open there new reliance smart/fresh ( Jio Mart) at our town Muzaffarpur. All daily essentials n groceries are there. Fresh fruits n vegetables are also available. Hope online order facility will start soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I visited store first time. Most of the things were out of stock. and the store sales man told that don't get much stock and varieties. Also, price was ok ok. Almost same price as Big bazaar (big bazaar is slightly cheaper) and big basket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisingly employees turned their eyeballs when I asked for a payback voucher redemption, took a bit of time but they understood. Well behaved biller & employees but variety in the store is missing. No snacks, limited choice of items was not expected out of Reliance.
