★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service centre is CLOSED PERMANENTLY. There is no Phillips service centre in Brahmapur as of now Jan 2020. The phone number given is not reachable. I personally visited the place and confirmed with the house owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service, mediocre work culture, bad customer satisfaction. They harassed me for the replacement of my earphone by months eventually skipping the warranty period and handing me overpriced piece. Save your time and don't rely on them!!!

Bcoz i was having warranty card with date and stamp of the store but they are refusing for servicing...
There customer care number is also busy for 10 min u will get dispointed ...
Is the warranty card with seal date of purchase is not enough???

if you reapir or take 500 will not refundable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If possible I would not have given single star also. They have changed my almost new trimmer blade with a very old one. Charged 50 rupees falsely claiming blade cleaning. Completely cheat organization.
