★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i m very disappointed with smart steps they told me to come for interview in delhi tilak nagar for 3 bpo (concentrix,convergys,arvato) but when i reach to delhi and did call to smart step that girl of smart step said that m sorry today the hr of these companies have not visited in our office... then she gave me one more address of janakpuri west for interview.. then i visited that address it was west end mall 2 floor near janakpuri west metro station ... when i enter that office they guys told me that we dont take interview and this office is closed .....so in this way smart step did cheating with me wasted my money as i came from meerut to delhi for interview in extremely hot weather....“I wish I could give negative stars rather then this 1 star''

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Believe it or not coz i didn't believe in all other reviews until n unless i didn't be there... It is a real consultancy...
They don't charge you like some other consultancies...
But, they don't value your time because i went for an interview over there at 14:00hrs and they kept me waiting till 20:45hrs as they were keep on telling me u have phone interview left, u have this interview that interview left... At last i got an offer letter from concentrix.. Date of joining is after 5-6days let's see it is true or not for that i will post another review but, till now it is a genuine consultancy but again I'm telling they don't value your time.. Trust me i have been there on 10April 2018

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is more likely a home than office. The consultant can hel you only if you are deserving candidate or you are just few things away to get the job don't expect they will put a pastry in your mouth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just to make it clear, i am not an internet troll or something like that and neither have i been paid to write this. I found the people at this firm very supportive. Gaurav and vishwas sir are amazing and won't leave the sight of you at any stage. They guide you through every process and help you in every aspect of the hiring process. Although i did not get placed because 2 companies termed me as "overqualified", still i am rating them 4 stars because they deserve them for their efforts.
Keep up the good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They just fool you, i went for interview and they reject me because i am from nangloi they said it's non hiring zone. Knowledge is not important for them, zone is most important for them.
Please check your living area before you go there for interview.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is behind the main road. Not hard to locate. It's a residential place. People working here really helps you if you're deserving candidate. They will brief you before interview and prepare you for the same. My experience was awesome. But one has to be patient with ongoing interview rounds as it takes much time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A man contacted me from here named Vipul regarding a job but when I tried to call him he continuously rejected my calls then I searched for another person's number on Google and I tried to call him he also rejected my calls. Such an unprofessional behaviour. They are wasting the valuable time of Jobseekers ?
