They are selling around 1200 square feet area of one independent builder floor for 1.67cr.
A great deal of amount is being paid to dealers and brokers for selling out units.
The plots acquired by project is under Deen Dayal Upadhyay Affordable Yojna but they are selling it in Luxurious Tag.
If you ask the plot area, they will always decline to tell and say that this is flat type scheme.. plot area is not there ..
But if you come to know that plot area would be around 140 yards only.
You get a whole plot of 160 yards in a little more price in nearby sectors.
If you are willing to spend 5crores for a whole building of 4 floors built in 150 yards plot, dear you can make your own smartest world independently.

1. refund of booking amount at the time of allotment incase customer want to... however they aren't promising same on paper..
2. Rental discounts till possession .. again not yet on paper.. all verbal
3. Some others inaugural discounts etc..
However, they have not cleared the catch around two different companies - why smartworld and M3M are selling their units separately? What is the role of smartworld and M3M in this project? while M3M director - pankaj bansal is founder of smartworld with gaurav bansal and naman gupta.. but all are ex-M3M... So there is still many open ends around the funding of project.. both the projects are not RERA approved yet..
given first clause stands.. still a worth investing in this price in that area..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ M3m has good marketing strategies. All channel partners are getting good money for adding false commitments and afterthat smartworld will decline all one by one. Helpline number and mail are also waste of time, because they will not answer
