★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. I had got a filling done, but they did it temporary (came to know by another doctor. I was also doubting from day1 as black cavity was visible, but as a common man, we can't question a doctor:( ). And they charged 500 for that wrong process

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's shameful how the doctor (Indrani Pal) cheats people who have no idea what is being done to them. It's horrible how far they can go to cheat people out of their money by providing sub-standard caps and fillings. In trying to fix one damaged teeth, they ruined the healthy teeth that were beside it. Worst kind of scammers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very Bad experience with Dr.Indrani and the RCT. I underwent treatment in August 2017, there has always been issues with the dental crown placed. Now since last 3 months that tooth suddenly started aching and pus started coming out. I went to a dentist to know that the RCT done is faulty and the filling done by Dr. Indrani has been filled far beyond the root of the tooth which caused a prolonged infection into the bone. Now i need to get that tooth out.
Extremely bad experience, wouldn't recommend anyone to visit here and take a risk with their teeth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my friend consulted this doctor , and what she did with his tooth was beyond my imagination. Instead of filling rod , she intentionally used cotton bulb to do the filling in place of medically acclaimed filling rod(in RCT Process) . Her bill does not contain GST number and hence one is unable to claim it in their mediclaim. Would suggest everyone to keep away from this doctor and protect their teeth, time and money.

Dr. Indrani pal did the procedure (root canal and everything) very professionally and pain free and till today I faced no problems with those teeth. Today I also visited her for cavity treatment (filling). She was super quick as well as super professional. And she is such a sweetheart, I highly recommend her.
