★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this after 1.5 years of experience and giving various donations to them. Firstly I give a clear disclaimer that I don't know how genuinely they are doing the service that they claim as I haven't visited. Why I am giving this review is if you pay them once they just get behind you like anything chasing you down almost every 15 days begging and crying, it only makes you feel guilty if you do not donate. There is this one guy whom I have stopped responding and yet he is chasing me down from last six months every time from a new number every 15 days. I don't know how to handle this... !!. I have now stopped giving all donations to these trusts, I follow my instincts and do it directly to the needy in my locality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FAKE organisation. Never trust them. Their employees are so rude and ill behaved that even after telling them not to call back, they keep on making calls from different numbers and tried to emotionally blackmail me over the past few days. I had to finally warn then about police complaint and filing a lawsuit against them to make them stop. BEWARE people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got call yesterday. Asked to share details....rcvd whatsapp. 25%burns - girl - vinayak hospital - pic. Repeated sms and whatsapp follow up no calls though. I chkd Google reviews and blocked the number in whatsapp. Immediately received sms stating you insulted the child, you also have a child etc etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same experience with every one. The way volunteers pleading is disgusting. It seems the organization is also not taking any steps to stop this. It means the management is encouraging such type of volunteers. They start crying and pleading to bring down the donors morally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your volunteers will definately make one feel that why did I donate that one time !!! as many calls will be followed by that atleast once every fortnight even if we are not intrested and politely saying its not possible to donate but again they share photos of the patient make everybody feel guilty.There attitude is like make or break either make it by pleading or break by cursing.They don't let our space even on festival days it's very disturbing I understand they are volunteering but again they should empathize others whome they are speaking.Please remove my name from your database if at all it exists it's becoming very annoying.Please educate your volunteers how to speak to people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smile India volunteers are extremely annoying, intrude privacy and continuously call from different numbers to emotionally black mail you. Never ever donate. If you donate once then you are done for life.
Looks like this is an institutionalized process. Beware!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a scam everyone, do not fall prey for it. They will call you with some old hospital cases, mostly stating baby burnt issues and need immediate treatment. They can even setup fake video calls with the hospital. DO NOT pay them any single amount. If you want to donate, directly reach out to hospital customer care and ask for the patients relatives and try to donate. Else if possible physically go out and help the needy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their volunteers keep calling and harassing you, blatantly threatening to keep calling you until you make a donation. They create a sense of urgency which scammers usually practice.
Upon asking where they got my number from, they mentioned a govt blood donation drive which I have never been to. I haven't come across any non-profit acting so unprofessionally. I will never be donating because of their shady practices.
