★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To summarize my experience in one word for SMILE mobile store : PATHETIC and their employees CHEATERS.
Reason : I visited the store and inquired with Mr. Ravi(Probably owner) for HTC 816 phone approx on 16th june,2014. He told me that stock will be coming within 2-3 days, might take some time to arrive, and so he asked me to give my contact details, so whenever stock arrive they can contact me.
I inquired 2-3 times over phone with Mr. Ravi within next one week, but still they did not have the stock of the phone. On 23rd June, I received the call from their employee in the evening 7:00 that, your phone has arrived and asked me to pick it up. I told them as I was in office, I will be there by 8:45 or so and he AGREED. And I reached there by that time.
When I reached, Mr. Imran (or Mr . Irfan - store manager)(One of the most rude person, I have seen in customer interaction) told me that they had sold all the phones of 816. I asked them to confirm with the person who called me, they said we can not disturb them as they had left for the day. He just did not care whether some one from their end called me or not.
My only point of contention was if you did not have enough stock, why did your employee called me in the first place. Instead of saying sorry for their mistake, he was totally INDIFFERENT, 'WITH ATTITUDE OF WHO CARES', HUMILIATING, DISRESPECTFUL while talking, told he does not care and if I want phone I had to pay 1000Rs EXTRA. I would say, it is their plan to earn extra money by harassing customers. This is surely CHEATING, FRAUD, LOOT. When I confronted, they asked me to leave the place. I havent ever felt this kind of humiliation before.
I am sure any organization is known by the people they hire and every small organization has their owners' imprint on the behavior of their employees. When I was given this kind of treatment before buying the phone, I am sure they would never listen any complaint later onwards.

at the time of purchase they had promised to give after sale services like if my mobile get any problem then they will take initiative to solve that problem and i will not need to go anywhere else like at any service center,
but after 4 months mobile charging problem occurred and when i contact that sales person they have replied very rudely that they do not have time to go and repair my mobile, also they didn't give the proper address for lenovo service center.
