★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Shalini has such a forte in her work. She makes the patient so comfortable about the procedure that the process becomes easygoing. I had problems in my rear molars, was unable to chew and drink properly and I was facing acute pain. Then I went to Smile Xperts where Dr. Shalini performed by Root Canal Treatment procedure and with proper advice and follow ups she just saved my tooth and now I am perfectly fine without any pain now. I would thank Dr. Shalini from the "bottom of my tooth" ? and recommend Smile Xpertz for such a good treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst dentist, horrible experience of the RCT treatment done by Dr. Priyanka. It took 20 sittings over 4 months to get one RCT treatment completed for Rs. 28,000! The initial treatment wasn’t done properly, it was in a rush and with a hard hand so it led to a lot of bleeding and pain. She prescribed very heavy antibiotics and pain killers for 10 days and kept saying that my body is taking time to recover. None of the doctors have ever mentioned it to me for anything I got done earlier. After the third sitting when the cap was fitted, i got a lot of pain and had to get it removed. Dr. Shalini (junior doctor) took over to do the treatment again as some infection was not removed by Dr. Priyanka earlier. Again it took multiple sittings, soreness, bleeding and pain to get the treatment completed. During the treatment, one of my adjacent tooth developed sensitivity and had to be treated as well. They took the complete mouth/teeth impression four times but every time the cap was flat or too high. Dr. Shalini was very polite, felt sorry and accepted all the mistakes done by Dr. Priyanka and the lab. Treatment had started in November 2021 and the final cap has been fitted after mid March 2022. They kept mentioning their financial losses due to multiple sittings and caps, however, the physical, mental trauma and financial loss they’ve caused to me is beyond anything they incurred. Over these 4 months, both doctors recommended RCT for my other cavity too even though there was no pain and both kept criticizing health and color of my teeth and kept marketing other treatments. I visited another dental clinic two days ago and the Doctor rubbished all these things. He did a simple cavity filling as nerve wasn’t involved and didn’t recommend any whitening treatments. Overall, it was a pathetic experience at SmileExpertz and I’d not recommend this clinic to anyone. No smiles and no experts!!

Dr Priyanka is really friendly and easygoing, she kept the whole process pain-free and comfortable! The staff was attentive and caring to me as well.
I never wrote any reviews before, but big thanks to Smile Xpertz for taking great care of my tooth, it was a comfortable experience and I felt completely relaxed there~
